$125 per 55-60 minute session
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for Aetna, Optum, UPMC, Cigna, Highmark, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Tricare.
Prior to your appointment, please check your health insurance coverage. Below are some helpful questions to ask:
- Does my insurance cover mental health services?
- What is my deductible and has the deductible been met yet?
- Do I have a copayment?
- How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
- Is primary care physician approval required?
Payment
I accept payment by cash, check, credit and debit card. If you have a copay, deductible, or co-insurance due, please be prepared to make the payment at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
You will be expected to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you do not provide 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $55. If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged a $75 no-show fee.
